This is where we begin our Joint-Controlled Process together to minimize and prevent additional costs during construction. We start by performing our due diligence to finalize measurements, ensure the project meets building code and zoning requirements, provide MEP evaluations, finalize phasing and logistical planning, provide value-engineering for cost-savings to achieve targeted budget, finalize material lead-times and establish the construction schedule.
Design & Build
At Streamline we have the ability to create Architectural, MEP, and Structural construction documents, including elevations, reflected ceiling plans, details, finish schedules, ADA, and Title 24 requirements. Submission to the City’s Planning, Green, and Fire Departments, including corrections and taking it all the way through achieving the RTI Permit on your behalf.
Our latest reposition project The Reveal, Playa Vista, is the Winner of the 2021 Gold Nugget Award of Merit and Nominated 2021 Best Multifamily Project by the LABJ. Upgrading an asset from one class to another is our specialty. We have designed collaborative systems to help owners and managers achieve their ROI by providing an inclusive joint-controlled process.
