The Reveal, Playa Vista, is a 214-unit multifamily property built in 1985 consisting of an even mix of 1×1 and 2×2 bedroom units. This property was repositioned into the era of ESG goals meeting LEED certification with new climate and lighting controls, a total renovation of all units, an extensive remodel of the leasing office, lobby, clubhouse, co-working space, conference rooms, fitness center, all corridors, mailroom, pool deck, roof deck, exterior facade and entry, landscaping, and all new branding. Going through a large-scale renovation in an occupied apartment community is a daunting task. As a Property Manager, communication between the construction team and myself is of the utmost importance. Not only did Streamline communicate with me on a daily basis during our $11 million renovation, they also listened and appreciated my input as it related to our current residents. By having this open form of communication, we were able to form a team environment and overcome obstacles together in relation to the logistics of the building.
