Renovations made to: pool deck, lounge area with built in large screen, outdoor walkways and landscaping

We are proud to showcase our Capex work at City Place Apartments in Pasadena. The goal was to repurpose the common area with an inclusive space where residents can work outdoors, enjoy a movie at night and of course add value to an already A-rated property.

The design included engineered sail-shades that were to provide a sophisticated look and shade to those who want to avoid the sun. We also installed a porcelain tile decking with an ADA ramp for all to use. A built-in TV wall and planter were also built on-site with a seat bench and bbq station. Scope of work included: decorative concrete flooring, remodeling, and pool deck renovations.

This exceptional apartment community in Pasadena offers desirable amenities, including a resort-inspired pool, grilling area with outdoor lounge – it is the embodiment of metropolitan style and urban apartment living.
