This is where we begin our Joint-Controlled Process together to minimize and prevent additional costs during construction. We start by performing our due diligence to finalize measurements, ensure the project meets building code and zoning requirements, provide MEP evaluations, finalize phasing and logistical planning, provide value-engineering for cost-savings to achieve targeted budget, finalize material lead-times and establish the construction schedule.

Design & Build

At Streamline we have the ability to create Architectural, MEP and Structural construction documents, including elevations, reflected ceiling plans, details, finish schedules, ADA and Title 24 requirements. Submission to the City’s Planning, Green and Fire Departments, including corrections and taking it all the way through achieving the RTI Permit on your behalf.
